Procurement Policy

Everlight Chemical upholds the principle of integrity in operations and seeks to establish partnerships with suppliers. The procurement policy is as follows:

Building a Sustainable Supply Chain with Reliable Suppliers to Create Mutual Value with Customers.

And the following strategies are adopted:

  1. Require suppliers to provide goods and services with consistent quality, punctual delivery, and reasonable pricing.
  2. Supervise suppliers to fulfill corporate social responsibilities, adhere to labor and human rights standards and ethical norms, conduct fair, just, and transparent transactions, and implement industrial safety, environmental protection, and risk management.
  3. Strictly prohibit bribery, corruption, and other improper conduct, promote suppliers’ commitment to and compliance with a code of conduct, and uphold integrity in operations while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  4. Advocate for green and low-carbon supply chains, prioritize procurement of eco-friendly products with green certifications, conduct ESG assessments and due diligence on suppliers, and establish long-term partnerships with suppliers capable of sustainable development.
  5. Implement a supply chain risk identification mechanism and develop corresponding measures to address risks.
