Everlight Chemical are committed to the development of environmentally friendly chemicals, and we understand that through the use of good chemistry knowledge will achieve a better life and towards a sustainable future. In order to provide safe, reliable and high quality products, we realize that we can achieve the goal only through working together with all of raw material suppliers and bear the corresponding responsibilities. Therefore, based on source control and traceability, Everlight Chemical requires all suppliers to understand the relevant standards and the banned and/or restricted substances set forth in this manual and regulated by national laws and regulations. We sincerely look forward to your understanding and cooperation.
Supplier Responsibilities
Everlight Chemical’s products need to meet the national regulation, requirements of brands, retailers and related associations (such as REACH, RoHs, ETAD, ZDHC signatory brands, Bluesign, OEKO-TEX® …etc.), therefore we shall update this manual irregularly. Suppliers are responsible for reviewing and complying with all updates, and allow Everlight Chemical to audit suppliers during normal working hours. The supplier must ensure that the final product and its manufacturing process can meet the requirements of this manual. Please notify us immediately, if your chemical product contain any banned and/or restricted substances in this manual, otherwise the supplier shall be liable to further losses and damages by Everlight Chemical.
