▍Environmental Conservation and Ecological Action: Protecting Taoyuan’s Natural Assets

Everlight actively practices biodiversity protection, conducting long-term safeguarding actions at ecologically sensitive points around its plants:

The event featured eco-tours around Everlight Chemical’s 4 Taoyuan plants, visits to local eco-farms, and plant walkthroughs, allowing employees to experience the Company’s efforts in environmental protection, energy saving, carbon reduction, and circular economy, and to better understand its long-term sustainability commitment.

Folk Festival Inclusion
We support activities such as the Lantern Festival, Mother’s Day hikes, and Mid-Autumn Festival parties to promote resident exchange. In 2025, we specially provided Mid-Autumn gifts to the Shulin Village evening party to convey our care.

Health Promotion Exchange
Everlight Plant I formed a team to join a 3.5 km walking event organized by the Guanyin District Air Pollution Disaster Prevention Patrol Association, supporting health and environmental awareness through action and enhancing neighborhood interaction.

Optimizing Learning Environments and Facility Safety
We subsidize rural and neighboring schools to improve infrastructure. This includes assisting Neihai Elementary School in repairing typhoondamaged floors, subsidizing Chaoyin Elementary School for new desks and chairs, and continuously donating to multiple schools in Guanyin District to improve teaching facilities, thereby elevating regional educational quality and safety.

Diverse Learning and Ecological Education
We support diverse educational projects that encourage scientific exploration and environmental care. This includes backing the 2025 summer tutoring program for disadvantaged students at Neihai Elementary School (benefiting 77 students with nutritious lunches), and assisting Dayuan Elementary School in improving its fish pond system, which inspired students to spontaneously form a Fish Protection Squad, turning environmental issues into a practical arena for scientific inquiry and life care.

Character Education and Dignity of Teaching
We value students’ inner worth and recognize educators. We sponsored life education funds for Caota and Shulin Elementary Schools to advocate character philosophy, donated prizes to outstanding graduates in Guanyin District, and sponsored Teachers’ Day recognition events to uphold the dignity of the teaching profession.

Sports Talent Cultivation
We provided Taekwondo training funds for Dayuan Junior High School to nurture outstanding athletes, facilitating diverse educational pathways and fostering positive attitudes.

Community Safety Net
We donated funds to the Fulin Village Neighborhood Watch to consolidate neighborhood efforts in maintaining public security and co-creating a high-quality, safe living environment.

Everlight Chemical’s sustainability trips received strong recognition from employees, inspiring them to embrace eco-friendly practices at work and in daily life. Participants expressed willingness to join future events and offered constructive suggestions, such as adding parent-child activities, diversifying itineraries, and enhancing promotional efforts to boost engagement and impact. The event achieved high overall satisfaction, deepened employees’ understanding of ecological and sustainability issues, and strengthened their alignment with the Company’s sustainability vision -contributing meaningfully to corporate image and long-term sustainability goals.
