Message from the Chairman
In 2025, the global situation was like a split screen, presenting extreme contrasts. On the one hand, the AI technology industry flourished, while on the other, imbalances in supply and demand caused by geopolitical conflicts and reciprocal tariffs posed severe challenges to other manufacturing sectors. Everlight Group’s consolidated revenue for 2025 was NT$7,569 million, a 7% decrease from the previous year, and faced its first annual loss since its founding. This is a warning signal that must be addressed seriously. But it also demonstrated the resilience of transformation amidst these headwinds—our Electronic Chemicals Business successfully entered the AI supply chain, with revenue bucking the trend to grow by 7%, reaching NT$1,821 million and becoming the Group’s second-largest business unit. This proves that the highvalue transformation direction we have persisted in is precisely the key force for resisting the economic winter.

Corporate Governance and Innovation:
Driving Value, Dual-axis Transformation
To build a highly resilient structure, Everlight Chemical established a Digital x Sustainability dual-axis transformation strategy. We converted green technology into momentum: Everzol CS won the Taiwan Excellence Gold Award, perovskite encapsulation adhesive results were published in the journal Nature. Specialty Chemicals successfully entered the supply chains of international car manufacturers and medical devices. In 2025, we received the TCSA Sustainability Report Gold Award and the affirmation of maintaining a ranking in the top 6-20% of the Corporate Governance Evaluation in Taiwan. We established a Digital Transformation Committee to introduce AI tools, by implementing 100% supplier due diligence and formally aligning with IFRS standards. We are constructing a transparent, honest, and pressure-resistant sustainable value chain.
Environmental Sustainability:
Turning Waste into Treasure, Driving Green Growth
Facing the challenges of global climate change, Everlight Chemical is firmly promoting Circular Economy and Low-Carbon Transformation. Through technological innovation, we practiced turning waste into treasure, receiving the Taiwan Circular Economy Annual Exemplary Award. And the recycling and treatment rate for hazardous industrial waste exceeded the target, reaching 13.2%. While pursuing operational development, each plant simultaneously implemented energy saving and carbon reduction, with an electricity saving rate of 2.9%. The absolute carbon emissions (Scope 1 and Scope 2) decreased significantly by approximately 31.4% compared to the base year 2021, and the revenue share of UPE sustainable products exceeded 76%. These achievements prove that being environmentally friendly is not only a corporate responsibility but also the core momentum driving our future sustainable growth.
Social People:
Creating a Friendly Workplace and a Just Society
With the long-standing philosophy of Compassionate Management, our efforts to become a happy enterprise have been rewarded by colleagues standing together through these difficult management times. To accelerate the digital empowerment of talent, we continued training in AI and RPA (Robotic Process Automation), with over 1,400 participants. We introduced the TTQS competency training system, achieving an average of 68 hours of training per person and women account for 34% of STEM positions at Everlight. Last year, approximately NT$4 million was invested externally in social welfare, deeply rooting science education in remote areas and longterm commitment to environmental protection, winning a community trust score as high as 98.8. Additionally, we participated in the Economic Ethics Forum to respond to the UN SDGs, focusing on eliminating inequality, and continued to recruit talent through Friendly Workplace Joint Recruitment and Smart Technology Job Fairs, creating a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.
Looking forward to 2026, in response to the global growth slowdown, we take Enhancing Competitiveness, Moving Forward with Confidence as our main theme. We firmly believe that faith is being sure of what we hope for. Everlight Chemical has pre-deployed in green environmental protection and high-value products, and is on the right path. We will gather the wisdom and execution power of all colleagues to join hands with stakeholders to overcome difficulties and reach new heights.
